THE UNION IS AUTOMATICALLY FORMED WITH OR WITHOUT A FORMAL VOTE AND THE COMPANY MUST IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZE IT.

@JenWojcik I wondered for a moment if companies might try to manipulate this by backing a more complicit union, but "needs majority employee support" gets in the way there. I expect someone or other will test the edges of this, regardless.
