'Reul A Chuain', watercolour, 58 x 37 cm. An old fishing boat from the west coast of Scotland (Oban) trawls somewhere off the islands. The rust is from where the nets were hauled - by hand - over the side of the boat. The painting was sold by commission. I really enjoy painting these old boats!
