Any decent person would have done that - but there were plenty in the UK establisment working to appease the humiliated and vengeful US
There was considerable pressure from the #USA and UK to extradite him -

@AlasdairMackenzie its interesting though , as is the fact that "human rights lawyer" #Starmer was very personally invested in extraditing him after promising US officials that he would 'deliver' #garymckinnon to his fate
