@RickiTarr Harvest time is kicking in fully here...Plus we're about to be traveling for a week so anything that can be brought in now needs to come in now.
Peppers and tomatoes in the garden, a garden stirfry, big potatoes this year, rose hip simple syrup!

That's just one half of the garden -- beans, squash, melons the other way.
We're certainly far far from self-sufficient. We do grow a lot of our food though. And it makes it really clear how hard it would be to actually grow all your own food...
I was expecting you to pick up on the rosehip syrup 😉. Pretty good in margaritas, mojitos, etc.
