Maybe people on Lemmy don’t want to get motivated, or on the opposite are motivated enough.

LudrolI think they ware quite shallow. Slapping a bandaid at much deeper problem. (That was my experience) general self help community would be nice.

In general at least make sure you hide mentions of suicide, self harm, violence, and sexual content. 2) Don’t discuss specific plans to injure or kill yourself or others. Discussion of general ideation is acceptable. Got something AWFUL to say? Describing how you personally managed a medication side effect, for instance, is fine.
