Brush Creek is stinky, dirty and poorly maintained. Can Kansas City turn it into an attraction?

I hope this comes to fruition, it has so much potential.

Paris cleaned up the Seine that was a lot worse. But it was not cheap or easy.

Banned for a century because of filthy water, bathing is to resume in parts of the river.

It’d be nice for sure. I used to live on the Plaza. While that section of Brush Creek always looked nice from afar, it was definitely gross up close.
