Will be up to Judge McAfee to weigh in now. There's also the question of what happens to the pending fed removal motions....

@GottaLaff I am =so glad= she was the DA who fielded this case. I’m sure it’s awful for her, from a personal standpoint, but she’s got a spine made of steel.
