Opposing counsel just chastised me for my tone in an email: "the tone of your email and the apparent disdain you have for my clients will inflame them."

Your clients should not be surprised when I accuse them of breaking the law by discriminating against my client because of their protected characteristic, and then retaliating against them when they bring up the problem, that I do not hold them in the highest regard at that moment.
