@Redfuchs there's a lot of bias playing into those numbers. Not least of which being the fact that those in monogamous relationships are less likely to express monogamy as part of their identity (and thus join a group for the purpose) that polygamous folks.

You don't see people putting "monogamous" in their profiles for similar reasons you don't see people put "straight" in them. It's the traditional norm and doesn't really warrant calling out as a self identifying trait.

@twigmouse @Redfuchs honestly most couples I know are monogamous, or have tried open stuff and decided it wasn’t for them. Like Twig said, it’s just the one people don’t advertise as much. It’s more open than the average population for sure though

@tabernak @twigmouse @Redfuchs My experience has been the vast majority of furries are monogamous with relationships/love but open with sex, and they assume that's the silent default when they interact with you. When I was in a totally closed relationship I found a number of people were actually put off by it friends-wise.
