@georgetakei I think his advice that if we don't like it we should delete our account is the best thing he ever said. I had already deleted my account since in my experience twitter was deteriorating fast.

As did I. For me the last straw was the recent requirement to be *logged in* to be able to VIEW most posts and profiles on X. That made my empty shell of an account far less useful.

(My profile had "#ElonMusk's [with an @] sociopathic shitshow doesn't get to profit from my tweets anymore. Moved to Mastodon. Join us! joinmastodon.org" and my Mastodon link.)

Before deleting my tweets, I did grab my Twitter archive, and reposted the "most important" of my #OldTwitterPosts on here.
