megahertzAs far as motorcycles go, I’ve heard “loud pipes save lives”, in that people will hear the motorcycle and be aware of it when they otherwise would not.
I’ve heard that too. But if motorcycles actually require that kind of public warning then they probably shouldn’t be street legal.
