@gemelliz As someone who doesn't think that the carbon tax is a particularly effective measure in dealing with climate change (I prefer jailing corporate CEO's who break GHG emission targets and a radical overhaul of the energy system, including massive public transit expansion, environmental retrofits etc.), PP Boy has no climate change plan because the base of his party doesn't believe in it.

@gemelliz PP Boy knows that climate change is an issue. It's just that for political reasons he chooses to dog whistle the climate change deniers. That makes him a much more cynical and disgusting politician.
