@MissingThePt I don't follow a lot of people (~120) on Twitter-X, but I know over 80% aren't on Mastodon. A few are on Facebook, but for most Twitter is it, and comparatively Twitter is far easier to find people or discover new people than Mastodon. I enjoy Mastodon, and Twitter is turning into landfill, but I only recommend Mastodon with reservations. Twitter is still my mainstay.
