San Francisco: Our dog has escaped her sitter and we are trapped on a plane for the next 9 hours.

She was last spotted in the Castro, heading toward the Mission but she could be anywhere. She is very sweet but very timid.

@heyjovo @seldo When I lost my doggie in LA, I put up 500 (!!!) flyers, tapes and staple-gunned to light and telephone poles etc in a one mile radius to my house. I put tear-off strips w my phone# across bottom. Encased each flyer in a plastic sheet protector, with opening at bottom (because rain). A week later, he darted across the street in front of a car, driver had one of my tear-off numbers on her dashboard and called me. And that, my friend, is how Zeke came home. Praying for your sweetie!

@heyjovo @seldo PS: FACT - Most lost dogs remain in an area less than one mile away. Also, I got several calls of sightings from early morning runners, hoppers, commuters 8n days before his rescue. Many of them commented that they took a tear-off # bc they saw those flyers EVERYWHERE. I also hit the community bulletin boards in supermarkets etc, and don't forget to provide to your local animal shelters, dog parks and vet offices. 💞🤗💞
