JayrDo you think there would be a place for a furry convention that was more for education than partying and shopping? There's certainly some people who could benefit, like creators and stuff. I think even the more academically minded would find it interesting to spend a weekend learning about anthropomorphism's impact on history and pop culture. #furry #furrycon
Hanalei Z@jayrfox Meanwhile, I'm literally a member of the Popular Culture Association and I seem to be the only one there with a genuine academic interest in furry matters... I definitely feel like there's an intersection point somewhere that could be super enriching, but I'm not sure what it is.
