@grumpygamer Read a story a few days ago about a little German town.
They saw that one property was using up a lot of water, and they suspected some problem. As they couldn't reach anyone, they shut off the water.

Later, they got contacted by the owner and asked what they were doing. He needed to water the grass and plants.

He used as much water as over 500 normal households.
