I get about 10 spam calls daily, so I have blocked almost all calls with a Chinese disconnection message on one phone and a bad recording of Never Going To Give You Up on the other. If anyone wants to contact me, don't call my phone number.

@AlicornSkyler my old number which i use in my old phone as a backup get like a bunch of call from foreign countries. which i have taken care of by enabling DnD mode, turn all sound/vibration off and left it in the office corner until i check it when i go to bed or get up.
generally i don't answer phones unless from my contacts, someone who calls multiple times in a row or send a sms first to let me know they will be calling
