1/ Hello
quick update
The Ukrainian Gen Staff reported that Russian forces conducted unsuccessful offensive operations southeast of #Vilshana and east of #Petropavlivka (7km east of Kupyansk), but i also have strong opposite reports
saying that up north Kupiansk, the 6th Combined Arms Army "successfully continue their offensive against UA positions near #Synkivka Vilshana line. and in good position to have semi circle encerclement (but i need more infos as Ukr up there strongly denies it
2/ the problem is i do have lots of report of "back and forth" and positions not strongly hold by one camp or the other... it is really fluid right now and too hard to precisely assess despite heavy russian claims.
but it is true that they have progressed in this area, and almost taking important defensive positions on top the hill and close to #Synkivka by a little forest strip on the east part.
further east they were certainly pushed back. but night is long...

3/ if UA forces really lose this defense line on the coming days, it's gonna be quite difficult to block them going south at least up to the next big natural defensive line
but Synkivka can still resist for some time though... all the access on the south part are still "ok" (for now)

everybody know what is Russian plans but UA high command not ready to dispatch full help there for now. only the "bare minimum" so i guess they are not afraid of such push for now.

@HeliosRunner Bonne soirée 🎶
