Poll for Admins.

About a month ago, I removed the block on bird.makeup to follow some people on X who stubbornly won't leave X and who I really like to read.

On my small server, I now hold 13.2K accounts from bird.makeup, second only to mastodon.social's 18.1K accounts. It's a huge number, consuming resources.

Poll for Admins. Regarding bird.makeup (or other X bridge) what do you do?

I had it limited for quite a while. The reason was more about the one way nature of those posts. I didn't want someone accidentally interreacting with a post in a way that would never reach the actual person. I've since removed the limits because my instance isn't big enough to worry about that potential user confusion.
