@emlove I have known TWO overweight fitness intructors. I am also overweight, but I am healthy. My meds do not help. I am actually a health nut. Bordering 300lb at 6'1", they have said I am morbidly obese. I have never had the BMI done. They have only used weight. I am in the gym at 3:30 am. Hell, I'm in my gym, now.
