And RunningFromCake on YouTube has recently been making a load of videos for players of all sorts of experience levels, especially newbies and those who want to improve. Some great material there, well explained and shown. And he does challenge runs, making it look pretty easy, explaining his thinking as he goes. I found them to be a great help.
