The private Baptist school had asked the U.S. Department of Education to dismiss discrimination complaints filed by LGBTQ+ students that the university said were “inconsistent” with the institution’s religious values.

@jeffjarvis Baylor left its affiliation with the Southern Baptist Convention years ago. The religion we're talking about here is football.
