Just been checking out today's Intro's on here and realised I never really done one.

#Introduction I'm Fred an old Brit living in France, I try not to take life too serious as I've only got one go at it.

I'm expert at being a couch potato and I drink far too much Merlot. I like #Blues and people with #Psoriasis.
