I have spent more time on twitter since I deleted the app than before  

I have been having a rough time lately (I know so many of us are 💚 and it numbs my brain in a certain way while also providing lovely art...but it's such a time suck and not good for me  

For Con's birthday I'm going to imagine him telling me he wants me to take care of myself every time I'm tempted not to. Like snapping a rubber band on your wrist to break a habit, but more wholesome.

@treesofgreen you should definitely take care of yourself but I know it's easier said than done 💙 the Con method sounds like a lovely, gentle way of enforcing it, I hope it works for you 💙💙💙

@ewelinakl 🫂 seeing and hearing him be so kind and supportive of so many people and being so outspoken and kind has been positive for me, even from a distance. And I desperately need a kind, older voice in my head.

@ewelinakl @treesofgreen Can you imagine if Con did some voice work with just like, positive affirmations and loving phrases? It could be a whole app that we could press any time we needed a pick me up. It would be The Best.
