Ok, but if someone here has ever had more than 50 Kg of potatoes in their car: why? What did you do with so many?
Once, I moved into a house that, for reasons I cannot possibly begin to explain, had 250kg of potatoes rotting in the basement left behind by old tenants (hey, at least they were in boxes!). I can’t remember what we did with them, but after reading about this I know I had a heart attack, thinking about what do you in Western Australia if the former tenants leave you with over 200kg of rotting potatoes? Does the potato corp handle bulk potato disposal? What if I’m on the way to the dump with them? Surely this has happened to someone else! I can’t be the only one!!
Well, if the info from the post is anything to go from, you would indeed call the potato corps and I imagine they would either deal with it directly or provide you with an exemption in case you get stopped by the police with your potatoes.
Imagine getting pulled over and being asked if you have a license to be carrying so many potatoes all at once.
You got a loicense for that, mate?
After a hefty fee, I’m sure.
