Sorry is this has been mentioned before. I’d love to be able to have my system browser of choice be used while I am still in the app. It’s terribly annoying clicking on a link and leaving Memmy to view it. As an aside, I love y’all’s app and appreciate you. Keep us posted on when you add your tip jar, eh?

Settings -> General -> Use Default Browser, turn it off. Links will load in-app.

Yes I’m aware of this. But it doesn’t use my system browser. It’s using Safari.

Apollo had it so that when you selected, Use Default Browser, I never left Apollo. It would be nice if that also was a feature of Memmy.

Like cheese_greater mentioned, I believe any in-app browsing in iOS uses a version of Safari; you can’t open a similar Firefox or Brave mini-browser in-app, you can only send them the link and switch.

I can’t prove my experience with a now defunct app but I feel fairly confident that is not the case. My browsing experience in Memmy is noticeably more ad filled than my experience in Apollo.

But by all means, prove me wrong if I am.
