@cartisan So if I'm reading that correctly:

purple = long-distance (through) route
red = local hiking trails

And the alternating dashes show where they coincide?

@cartisan I'm looking at it on my phone, so I had to really zoom in before I even understood the question. (Originally, I was scanning for two different patterns, or for gaps in the patterns for non-overlapping segments.)

But once I found the red-only spur, I figured it out. Assuming you tested for colorblind-friendly hues, I think this works.

@pevohr great! Thank you for your feedback. I completely forgot to check for color blindness for the two colors 🤦‍♂️ so will be doing that now
