I’m very sad to hear about the death of @stilkov.

Stefan and I were men of the same age. We weren’t friends, we knew each other. We met on more than just a few conferences. He usually presented on main stage, I on a side one.

For me, Stefan was a role model in our industry: He didn’t go with the hype but with reason. He changed his opinion when given sufficient evidence. He was outspoken when necessary. He didn’t let his enthusiasm for tech get the better of his ethics and values.
