My boss lobbed a project at me last week that I wasn't too keen on, only because I am the new guy. I picked it up & ran with it, though. I did my best. After presenting it to the recipient, he was thrilled & responded that he wished everybody in the company who had to do this project would have done it just like I did it. My boss was on that call & I was very happy he got to hear that compliment. My boss just repeated the compliment in the weekly staff meeting with my colleagues. 😊
