@Scrambelzini @DamienMarieAtHope The main thing that had me looking to move elsewhere were the winters. But the past few winters have been pretty mild - we’re joking in a few years we’ll have North Carolina weather. Coupled with the reality that nowhere else makes as much sense due to climate change or political issues, and it really feels like the Northeast is the best place to settle now.
