I don't think it's as big a deal as it was when it first started spreading. My dad got covid last week and he's fine now.
No hate, but I think this whole covid thing is just a bit exaggerated.
@DOTADER The same illness can be a minor inconvenience to one person and life threatening to another, because how badly someone gets it varies.
I'm glad your dad is well again, but assuming that covid is no biggie for anyone because this one man is fine makes as much sense as burying him because 20 other people died from COVID this week in NZ. Which they did.
@DOTADER How do you "watch out for" an airborne illness?
If 20 is 20 too many, what steps are we therefore taking to make that number come down?
What would you suggest?
As a Christian, I consider it incumbent upon myself to protect the vulnerable. If that means wearing a mask indoors in public places, I can deal with that. Christ endured the agony of the cross for me; I can endure the inconvenience of a mask for others.
