I’ve been taking pictures of the #ottawa #NCC “controlled” “skate way” for almost two years and have not seen ANY skaters in that time. 🙄

Simply a waste and it should be paved over to allow me to commute from my home under a bridge in the Arboretum to my place of work under a bridge under Wellington.

Things that do not allow me to drive slightly faster have no value.
