@djnavarro Good stuff! Regarding the weirdness of .cpp files containing non-C++ content: this also is responsible for annoyances with RStudio (and presumably other editors?) complaining about parsing errors. You can use any extension, and “.mod” is becoming more common for this reason (at least where I work).
@timwaterhouse Ah, nice. Yes, I think I'd prefer ".mod" in this context too. The truly unfortunate thing about this post, though, is that as of yesterday I've run out of excuses not to learn NONMEM. It's... quite the experience for new folks in the field. I'm about half way through User Guide V at the moment and sighing a lot
