Yokyun@Tutanota I know this post is well-intended, but it backfires terribly when privacy/anonymity advocates read it, as it sounds like you're implying that you have to know/verify the user's real name, phone number, social security number, photograph, and so on...
PS: Fun Fact - Tutanota has more followers than Proton on Mastodon :)
PPS: Also, technically you're lying. You need to know the paid user's location i.e. country (even when they're paying with crypto Proxy Store Gift Card).

FurkaN@ehyuman Thanks for your feedback. IMAP is not supported as the data would not be encrypted locally; but our desktop clients support offline mode. You can also best export from the desktop clients (e.g. batch-export by selecting the entire content of folders): https://tutanota.com/support/#import
