Difficulty level of this simple-to-make but delicious meal went up a couple notches due to the power going out twice while cooking! I guess I need to not use A/C while cooking on these hot days.
Also, the seafood shop at the Mercat Central gave me the scallops for free because “soy de la casa” 🥰
I’m sure also because they were closing in 40 minutes, but I’ll take it ☺️
