@irfan low turnout can mean higher retention for incumbent IF challenger voter base is activated but it seems to be something you need to see per constituency because Selangor at least is unevenly competitive. The areas that I know have high incumbency lock-in so it took me less than 10 mins, most of that taken by walking to+from the car lol
