Always remember...
@robotdiver Twitter allowed us to organize. The oligarchs had to destroy that.
@AstroAttorney To an extent, but it was just another social media platform. Literally just a tool. Lots of other tools.
MSN

@AstroAttorney I don't disagree, it's just that using any commerical undertaking for something important that needs to have staying power and/or be regulated is a bad idea. It doesn't mean it wasn't exceedingly valuable, but you'll always have the risk of an idiot like Elon, sinking the boat or taking over with a bunch of racist troglodytes. We need better non-commercial solutions. So many communities have taken these hits. It's time to rebuild with better foundations.

The people on the platform make the platform. Not the tools. Everything Black Twitter was can be again. The people didn't disappear. It's about making sure that people can keep their voices and continue to connect. It will happen. The world has a thirst for open communication. The imperative adjective being open.

@robotdiver Organisation takes leadership. I hope it's the right people that step up.
@muzzle Does it though? Focus maybe, but it seems silly to place the power of the people in the hands of anyone

@robotdiver I suppose that if all you are aiming to do is torch some cars, and break some windows then, sure, keep it organic. The forces we are up against are organised, led and infinitely funded. More than a match for a shemozzle.

Why does the military have leadership structure?
