Arctic (back up - see pinned)@TechConnectify I hate Tesla as much as the next guy but if this really is now an open standard I think it is in general a good thing. I don't want to be naive but I don't think all the big auto makers would jump on it if Tesla still had every ounce of control.
@arctic It's the SAE taking it on that makes me most at peace.
I wouldn't believe Tesla's "we're opening it up to the world" otherwise
