YannickQuick reality check – just received this through LinkedIn. This is for a UK-based company. They offer £60k. I think they're either asking for way too much or offering way too little – what do you think?
Greg Roach@osteel - Life isn't always about money. I have all those skills but earn 2/3 that. I work at a university with a great campus and facilities. I get 45 days leave, work-from-home, flexible hours, a great boss and no stress. I wouldn't swap it for double the money!
@fisharebest there was no mention of any of those perks (you'd think that's something they'd want to put forward) and I still think the scope is too broad and too vague, but sure, everyone has different priorities
gggeektbh I've been recently been offered £250/day for Sf/Laravel work, in London, which is exactly 60K a year.
It seems PHP devs over here are now mostly assumed (required?) to be low-skill juniors...
