@thiagocsf @mhoye this is a really good point: at least half the pain of any issue tracker are the "structured" fields that make tickets confusing and complex.
@brandizzi @thiagocsf I'm convinced that an organization that really want to be disciplined about engineer development and onboarding would start new hires off working, intensively, on bug triage. If you want new hires to ramp up fast on the organization, the codebase and the customers, there's nowhere better.
