And, look, a lane to keep walkers safe, too.

These could be everywhere.

Plus, I bet they can be surfaced without resorting to petrochemical products.

Plus, cost saving, they don't have to be able to meet car/truck traffic tolerances.

@straphanger Agree 100%. Just one added thing: lets start explicitly including small mobility scooters for those unable to walk or cycle-- elderly, handicapped, maybe those with small toddlers?, etc.
