Dreaming of an email app that has incredible GUI, automatically sorts newsletters, receipts, and delivery status, all without collecting user data.

But all the options I see, even the paid ones, are just glorified versions of Apple Mail with mild sorting piled on top. Not to mention their folders become a contaminant that's impossible to delete in Apple Mail.

Edison Mail is the closest I've found, but I'm spooked by its data collection policies.

Wish Apple would just reimagine email already.
