lisa cthere are three guys out on the street carrying on an animated conversation, not arguing, just loudly enjoying their conversation at almost 12:30 AM. I am still awake and could hear them but was reading and kind of just an afterthought and then I heard another neighbor open their window and shout "oh my God shut up" and they didn't and then a few minutes later another guy yells "she meant it, shut the fuck up". They're still out there chatting. #SanFrancisco #CitySounds
scott f@lmc i'm jealous, all we get at this hour is people in cars blasting music, and no one goes out there to tell them to shut the fuck up.
@scott I live in a generally quiet-ish neighborhood although pre-pandemic we had the cable cars until 130–2AM just outside my window (which I liked). Post(ish)- pandemic we have a lot more racing traffic, mostly during the day. It's all pretty much background noise to me. The one thing that does bother me is non-stop really loud music late at night. Sometimes there's a certain song or kind of music it just goes on for w brief bit and I can really enjoy that.
