georgeMlive: Ann Arbor wants more mixed-use development, but is it working?
SirNukeArchive link isn't working for me, but given how quick new retail space is being vacuumed up in less hot places makes me think this is a problem with the Yard, not with mixed use development.
The George seems to be having the same problem.
