Metatext is my main client. It’s super fast and the UI is IMHO almost perfect. Unfortunately, due to health issues, the developer is no longer updating it. I’m still using it though. I’m yet to find anything better. I use Tooot for a few features that Metatext doesn’t have.

@dgar we're not in the App Store yet. we're in TestFlight beta at the moment: the goal is to stabilize new features and fix bugs and performance issues before doing our first App Store release, possibly later this year or early next. DMing with a TestFlight enrollment link.
