Either grant his wish — or rule that if he’s going to flout the laws against witness and juror tampering, then he needs to stand trial SOONER.

@tristansnell is it that black and white though? Is it not wise to reign in the most egregious transgressions but otherwise not give oxygen to the First Amendment fight he’d like to have?
