@wwc There’s just too many toots about football right now. Especially when US is playing. I never seem to be able to catch up on my timeline. Good thing that will end after Sunday when US meet Sweden. 😉🇸🇪

@takoyaki @wwc Me thinks that once the game commence it will be a fierce fight. It won’t matter that Sweden sailed thru the group stage and US struggled. Both teams will fight as if civilisations survival depended on it. Probably last until a penalty shootout.
And then Sweden will win…

(Am I partial? Yes 😁)

@takoyaki @wwc I hate to say I told you so. But, this time I don’t hate it. I do feel for the US ladies though. Can’t imagine a more bitter loss than this. One millimetre on the wrong side. I’d rather have that Sweden win with a regular goal than this

@jolle @wwc yes, agree, win with a regular goal surely is better than this. looking forward to the matchup with Japan already, we'll see how their game works against a very solid defence!
