@slyborg @jezebelkat Always keep learning. Even though I knew we'd domesticated brassica into a bewildering variety of seemingly unrelated plants, I'm still learning the extent of it.
@jezebelkat Yup, as I just said to @tezoatlipoca, I knew there are crazy amounts of various brassica cultivars, from arugula to bok choy, just not the myriad minutia of the madness.
@redrummy genetics are madness, and humans figured out how to mimic natural selection thousands of years ago. Pretty cool!

@redrummy I got a couple purple ones years ago. There's also some equally cool broccoli variants!
