To everyone that's confused, the planet Venus rotates very very slowly, with a single revolution taking about 243 Earth days, and Mercury rotates slowly, but not as slow as Venus.
@mike@futurebird Venus isnt tidally locked, it just has a very long day. Mercury used to be believed to be tidally locked, but it's actually in resonance. one solar day lasts 2 years. It just happened both of the first observations of its surface happened in the same part of the resonance.
