@SNerd @MostlyHarmless I want to spend the least amount of time as possible in the store so if all the cashiers have lines of people with full carts and I have five items, I'm going to self checkout. We all pump our own gas now so what's the big deal with scanning a couple of items at self-checkout? All stores should make them 10 items or less, no exceptions, or ALWAYS have the express lane open with a cashier. But they don't and I don't want to be a prisoner in that store.
